FAQ

Frequently asked
questions

What is a real estate VR visualization?

A VR visualization is an interactive model of a house, an apartment or an entire development project that you walk through in virtual reality at a 1:1 scale. Unlike images and videos, you perceive the layout, room sizes, light and proportions as if you were standing in the space, even before construction begins.

Who are VR tours for?

Developers, construction companies and catalog house suppliers, real estate agencies and architects. They all use them to show clients the result before it exists and to make their decision easier.

How does a virtual tour help sell a development project?

You can present the project to clients and investors before construction starts. In virtual reality you show apartment layouts, fit-out standards, materials and design variants. Developers use it for pre-sales, business meetings and marketing.

Can materials and furnishings be changed in a VR apartment tour?

Yes. In virtual reality you can change materials, colors, surfaces, furnishings and even the layout of the interior and exterior. You and your client can agree on the final look before construction begins.

What inputs do you need?

Ideally a 3D model or 2D drawings (DWG, PDF) from the project documentation. From these we create a digital model of the building, its digital twin. We go through the inputs with you during the initial consultation.

How much does a VR visualization cost?

Pricing is individual and depends on the scope of the project. After the initial consultation we prepare a technical brief, a schedule and a detailed quote. Both the inquiry and the quote are non-binding.

How long does it take to prepare a VR tour?

It depends on the scope of the project and on the inputs. You receive the schedule together with the quote, before you place an order. We usually respond to inquiries within 24 hours.

Do we need our own VR headsets or an IT department?

No. We deliver VR headsets fully configured, so you just unpack them and start presenting. We train your team and prepare clear manuals. Technical support is part of every project and we upload updates remotely via the cloud.

Where do you operate?

We are based in Pilsen and work for clients across the Czech Republic. We upload project changes remotely, so distance is not an obstacle.
